Ground turkey is a staple in our household because it’s so versatile and healthier than ground beef. This is one way I season ground turkey. You can use this recipe for stuffed bell peppers, nachos, or eat it with rice and a side of veggies.

Ingredients:
½ TB Garlic Powder
½ TB Black Pepper
2 TB Sesame Oil
2 TB Rice Wine Vinegar
2 TB Fish Sauce
2 TB Soy Sauce
1 package of Ground Turkey 93% Lean
Cilantro
Red Onion
Lime
Shredded Carrots
Flour Tortilla

Warm your skillet on medium heat before putting in oil. Once the pan is ready, coat the pan with sesame oil.
When the oil gets “shimmery”, drop in the turkey and break it up with a spoon.
Put the garlic powder, pepper, rice wine vinegar, fish sauce, and soy sauce in and mix it well so everything is incorporated.
Cook until meat is brown and all liquid is absorbed. While meat is cooking, chop red onion and cilantro.
Prepare your taco and enjoy!
